I couldn’t think of a better post for Valentine’s Day! I met Sean & Bryan at her brothers wedding this past summer. When I traveled to San Francisco after that, I took some photos of them and it was so much fun!
A couple months later, Bryan informed me he was heading to Chicago with Sean and wanted to propose! I was so thrilled to be able to capture this big moment for them.
I arrived at North Avenue Beach a bit before them and I have to say it was a VERY cold day. I had to make sure I was in disguise since Sean knows who I am and the beach was pretty empty. They arrived with their super cute pup Sheffield and played around with him for a bit before Bryan got down on one knee!
As you can see, Sheff was not all that interested in the proposal and would rather be digging holes! But, he did participate in some photos with us :) Everything went perfectly and we even got a few cute engagement pics after even though everyone could barely feel their fingers!
